Tokha Safety PPE – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

✔ Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

✔ Wrong item or damaged item?
We will replace it or refund you at no cost. Please email us a photo at sales@tokhasafetyppe.com within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ Change of mind returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Process:

1. Email us at sales@tokhasafetyppe.com with your order number.

2. We will send return instructions within 1 business day.

3. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
