We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Wrong item or damaged item?
We'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Please email us a photo at sales@tokhasafetyppe.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of mind returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- Email us at sales@tokhasafetyppe.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
